• Regularly represents asset-based lenders—most recently in loans to technology companies, an apparel distributor, a receivables finance company, trucking companies, and a multi-state manufacturing company
• Represents one of the country’s leading technology licensing companies nationally with respect to bankruptcy matters
• Regularly represents buyers of assets from bankruptcy estates
• Currently represents various clients in a variety of distressed commercial real estate matters, including bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings involving hotels, residential and commercial development   projects and retail malls
• Represented secured creditor in bankruptcy of ethanol company in $90,000,000 loan default and bankruptcy
• Represented agent in $450,000,000 financing of construction finance company
