  • While at "big four" public accounting firm, served as senior manager specializing in international tax planning for three years followed by three years serving as leader of that firm’s Minneapolis transaction tax practice
  • Served as partner in charge of tax practice for large local Minneapolis accounting firm, oversaw and advised on individual, pass-through and corporate tax matters for 25 person tax department
  • Currently focuses on transactional tax matters involving mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, entity selection and related tax planning for both taxable and nonprofit entities
