• $48 million acquisition of office building in Los Altos, California
•  $24 million acquisition of industrial portfolio in Denver, Colorado
• $28 million sale of industrial portfolio in Houston, Texas
• $23 million sale of office campus in Tempe, Arizona
• $16 million sale of office building in Denver, Colorado

 Portfolio Transactions

• Represented major construction lender in connection with the disposition of a nationwide portfolio in excess of 6,000 residential lots and model homes, including significant title and survey review and analysis and drafting of conveyance documents

Leasing 

• Represented numerous corporations (including Fortune 500 companies) in connection with the negotiating and drafting of nationwide office and industrial leases in excess of 750,000 square feet in the past two years
• Real estate counsel in connection with nationwide lease servicing matters for a Fortune 100 company

Joint Ventures

• Real estate counsel to institutional investors in placement of more than $100 million of real estate joint venture equity in the past three years
