Diversity
Oppenheimer's diversity goals are at the forefront of our three-year strategic plan. Our current diversity initiatives and activities include:
- Founding member of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice, a consortium of law firms and corporate legal departments dedicated to the recruitment, retention and advancement of lawyers of color
- Active participation in the Minnesota State Bar Association’s minority clerkship program for 1L’s
- Annual participation in the Minnesota Minority Recruitment Conference, which attracts minority law students from all over the country
- Three-year diversity scholarship with the University of Minnesota Law School for a deserving student who has demonstrated high academic achievements
