Oppenheimer Elects Four Partners  
 
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (December 1, 2008)—The Minneapolis law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP announced today the election of four partners: David Galle, Christopher Hilberg, Heather Hoecke, and Katherine Wilhoit. “We are privileged to honor such a talented and dedicated group of individuals”, said Oppenheimer’s Chair, David Potter. “The exceptional legal counsel and service they deliver will continue to strengthen our organization and commitment to our clients.”

 

David Galle is a member of Oppenheimer’s Commercial Practice Group. His practice includes the areas of creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy, as well as asset-based lending, and workouts and restructuring of loan transactions. Mr. Galle received his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Galle has been recognized as an "Up & Coming Attorney" by Minnesota Lawyer and a "Rising Star" by Minnesota Law & Politics Magazine.

 

Christopher Hilberg is a member of Oppenheimer’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice focuses on patent prosecution and IP portfolio strategy counseling for software, Internet, consumer electronics, computer-implemented business methods, and hardware and storage media technologies. Mr. Hilberg received his J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Carleton College.

 

Heather Hoecke is a member of Oppenheimer’s Business Litigation Practice Group and focuses on product liability litigation, employment litigation and general business litigation. Ms. Hoecke received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Concordia College, Moorhead.

 

Katherine Wilhoit is a member of Oppenheimer’s Business Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice in the areas of insurance counseling and litigation, intellectual property litigation and general business litigation. Ms. Wilhoit received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. degree, cum laude, from DePauw University.
