Oppenheimer Elects Two Partners, Effective January 1, 2010

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (November 30, 2009) — The Minneapolis law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP announced today the election of two partners: Heidi Fisher and Elizabeth Larkin, effective January 1, 2010. “We’re proud to name these talented attorneys to our partnership ranks,” said Oppenheimer’s Chair, David Potter. “Their legal prowess, work ethic and commitment to client service make them invaluable assets to our firm.”

 

Heidi Fisher is a member of Oppenheimer’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with particular emphasis in class action securities litigation, shareholder disputes, internal corporate investigations, consumer fraud and class actions, and complex insurance litigation contract disputes. Ms. Fisher received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. degree from Hamline University. While in law school, she served as Associate Editor on the William Mitchell Law Review and received the William Mitchell Burton Brief Award for excellence in writing.

 

Elizabeth Larkin is a member of Oppenheimer’s Employee Benefits Practice Group. Her practice focuses on welfare benefit plans, including medical, wellness, dental, vision, employee assistance, disability, life, severance, adoption assistance, education assistance, HRAs, HSAs, dependent care assistance, pre-tax premium and health flexible spending accounts. Ms. Larkin received her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. Ms. Larkin has been honored as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics.
