Oppenheimer Attorney Erika Koster Participates in Roundtable Discussion Assembled by Senator Al Franken

On May 23, 2010, Erika Koster joined 10 other legal experts from across the state for a two-hour, non-partisan discussion of issues that could arise in the upcoming hearings for Supreme Court nominee Solicitor General Elena Kagan. Franken, who is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee that will start evaluating Kagan on June 28th, assembled this select group to develop a list of targeted questions to ask Kagan during the hearings. Roundtable participants' fields of expertise ranged from criminal to constitutional law and beyond. Erika represented the computer and Internet area.
