- Three of our attorneys focus on welfare benefits issues; one has served as in-house counsel for a prominent heath plan service provider. They lead our team’s efforts to help clients:
- Craft and communicate medical, dental, vision, EAP, disability, life, severance pay, consumer driven health, and cafeteria plans
- Navigate complex ERISA and Code rules (including COBRA, HIPAA and Health Care Reform)
- Design and implement wellness programs
- Negotiate administration and stop loss agreements
- Manage 501(c)(9) VEBA funding vehicles
