Oppenheimer’s Food Law attorneys represent food and animal feed manufacturers, processors and retailers in a wide range of issues, including labeling, advertising, food safety, and recalls. We provide food law counseling and represent food industry clients in litigation, government investigations and corporate transactions.

  • Represent clients in matters adverse to the FDA and USDA
  • USDA label appeal
  • Respond to FDA warning letters
  • Assist food law client in responding to governmental and regulatory inspections and investigations and developed training programs to prepare for and respond to such inspections and investigations
  • Conduct employee training sessions to prepare food law companies for increased requirements related to the Food Safety Modernization Act
