Biography

Gus Krafve is Financial Advisor in the Springfield, Missouri office. He began his career in financial services in 1996 and has vast experience with various types of institutions, from trust companies to banks to wealth management firms. He previously worked as an advisor for a global investment firm, prior to joining Oppenheimer in 2023.

Gus has extensive knowledge of credit analysis, equity and fixed income strategy and trading, for institutions and individuals alike. These factors help craft each unique wealth building strategy he devises, as he addresses the complex issues facing the high net worth market place.

In addition to his 20 years of experience managing money as a portfolio manager and advisor, Gus had a stint with a Fortune 500 company where he managed its treasury and bond portfolio. His editorial contributions to firms’ thought leadership has made him more visible as a corporate asset, yet he has never forgotten the tenets of reliable, prompt client service and relationships.

He graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Finance and served on the board of trustees of the Springfield Police and Fire Pension. He has earned the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.
