Mark Morehouse Speaks at GAD Conference

Recently, Mark Morehouse, Managing Director – P3 Investment Banking, participated in a panel at the Global Airport Development (GAD) – Americas conference in Chicago. The panel, entitled “Airport Development in North America – Success Factors, Lessons Learned and Opportunities,” covered airport P3 structures including terminal development, private consolidated rental car facilities and full privatization of airports. Mark drew from his unique expertise on airport privatization and terminal development P3s to provide insight on the keys to successfully delivering projects, future opportunities in the sector and flexibility on funding sources for projects.
