(“VSP”). iCare is a managed ocular health organization that contracts with health plans and multi-specialty clinics to deliver comprehensive ocular solutions to its nearly three million members through its robust network of optometrists and ophthalmologists, including nearly 60 owned practices and ambulatory surgical centers throughout Florida.
Pine Tree Equity Partners, based in Miami, Florida, is a private equity firm focused on the investment in and expansion of small capitalization companies – with revenue of $10.0 million to $50.0 million – in partnership with management.
