Oppenheimer acted as Joint Bookrunner to Murano Global Investments Plc. ("Murano") on a $300 million 144A/RegS 6NC3 Green Senior Secured notes offering of its two Hyatt operated hotels in Cancun by a special purpose Issuer Trust. The Notes are rated Ba1 by Moody's and BB by S&P. The Transaction priced on September 5, 2024 and settled on September 12, 2024.
Murano (NASDAQ:MRNO) is a publicly traded real estate company that owns, develops, and invests in hotels, resorts and commercial properties in Mexico. Over the last two decades, Murano's management team has deployed more than $2 billion in total capitalization for the acquisition, repositioning and development of transformational real estate projects. Murano's current portfolio consist of two hotels in Mexico City, an Andaz and a Mondrian managed by Hyatt and Accor, respectively, and two hotels in Cancun, A Vivid and a Dreams, both managed by Hyatt.
