We provide trading of securities in emerging market corporates and sovereigns in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Oppenheimer is a market maker with a focus on U.S. Government securities, investment-grade and high-yield products, as well as emerging market corporate and sovereign credits. All sales and trading is fully supported by our Fixed Income Research Group.

Structured products are non-traditional investments that can help investors gain exposure to one or more underlying assets. Investments can be tailored to the individual needs of investors using strategies which may provide outperformance in different market environments. By working closely with the Structured Products specialists at Oppenheimer, we offer institutional clients with both ready-made and bespoke structured product solutions.

Oppenheimer’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Group serves the needs of emerging growth companies in the U.S. as well as emerging markets. The team works closely with both the investment banking and sales and trading teams to raise debt capital from sophisticated investors in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In addition, Oppenheimer has significant retail distribution capabilities to its network of high-net-worth individuals.

By liaising with the DCM team, our clients can find the optimal solution for their debt capital needs. Oppenheimer professionals have a proven track record of advising clients on debt financing strategies ranging from simple bank loans and private placements to multi-billion-dollar capital raisings across the capital spectrum.
