Biography:

Daniel joined Oppenheimer in 2011, after working in the financial services industry since 2006. Daniel meets with individual clients to develop, implement and actively monitor a comprehensive financial strategy that evolves in tandem with each client’s life events and unique risk tolerance. He concentrates on investment portfolio management, retirement income, educational funding goals, as well as structured, on-going communication with clients. Daniel offers an outstanding service model that includes scheduled contact points; four of which are in-depth quarterly reviews. He collaborates with other professional advisors, such as tax and legal teams in a coordinated effort, in addressing clients’ financial goals. Together, with his team, he strives to respond to any client questions within a 24-hour resolution standard.

He is a graduate of Northwood University in Midland, MI, achieving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a triple focus in Banking and Finance, Economics and Management. Daniel was a member of the men’s varsity cross country and track and field teams. He is a passionate advocate and executive member of the Alumni Leadership Council for Northwood University. Daniel, his wife Kristina and three children, live in Frankenmuth. In addition to his passion for running, he and his family attend Frankenmuth Bible Church and continually find fun activities all around Michigan.

Biography:

Doug has been in Financial Services for almost 30 years. As Director-Investments and Assistant Branch Manager of the Frankenmuth Office, Doug believes his extensive industry experience provides an ideal foundation to help meet the needs of his clients, while also acting as the branch compliance officer. Doug is a graduate of Northwood University with degrees in Business Management and Computer Systems Management and currently is certified as an options principal, and has extensive market analysis experience.

Doug also believes in a holistic approach to wealth planning, consulting with a network of professionals such as legal counsel and tax consultants. Attention to detail and excellent listening skills enable Doug to make recommendations customized to client’s needs. His sincere professionalism enables him to build long-term relationships with his growing client base while providing excellent customer service.

Doug has been happily married to his wife Linda for nearly 30 years. Away from business, he enjoys many out-of-door activities, riding and caring for their five horses, traveling, as well as engaging in the shooting sports, as President of the Tuscola County Conservation Club.

Biography:

Rob Swarts started at Oppenheimer in 2012 and graduated with honors from Western Michigan University. His early success and leadership propelled him to a management role in compliance where he was responsible for the supervision of six offices in the state of Michigan. This valuable experience provided Rob direct insight on the regulatory side of financial markets and also what it means to provide outstanding service to clients. In his role as Branch Control Officer, Rob realized his greatest value would come from working directly with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Rob centers his client relationships on service while working to make sure each client is on track to meet their unique aspirations. Through a coordinated effort with his team and an emphasis on financial planning, Rob’s clients gain the advantage of all-inclusive wealth management coupled with thorough advice. You will often hear Rob use the phrase, “It’s not about timing the market but rather time in the market that builds wealth.” It is this patient, goal oriented mantra that may often yield success.

Outside of business, Rob is very much family focused and is the youngest of four. He enjoys time at the lake with family and friends. His favorite hobbies include fitness, golf, hunting and fishing.

ANDREA HARDAKER

Biography:

Andrea Hardaker has approximately 30 years of customer service experience in the financial services industry. She is a graduate of Baker College with a major in Business Administration and a focus in Human Resources. Andrea specializes in client service while supporting the Financial Advisor with a focus on building the Advisor’s practice and client relationships. She strives to ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office while working as a liaison between the Frankenmuth branch office, home office, financial advisors, and clients, maintaining team procedures involved with account opening, monetary transactions, and accounts reconciliation. Andrea seeks to anticipate the needs of the office, plans for its development with the advisors, recommends necessary changes, and takes independent action in her areas of authority.

Andrea resides in the Flushing, Michigan area with her husband of nearly 40 years. She enjoys out-of-doors recreational activities, being instrumentalist at her church, and spending time with her family.
