Our Team

Andrew is an Executive Director – Investments and he leads the Michienzi Private Client Group. He focuses on the capital markets, and works with clients on estate planning, pre- and post-retirement planning, and generational wealth transfer. Andrew’s clients include high-net-worth individuals and families, small business owners, and non-profit organizations.

Andrew graduated from Nichols College with a degree in Finance. He currently lives in North End of Boston with his wife. Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time on Cape Cod and in Naples, FL, and he can often be found in his garden or preparing an Italian style dinner for his family and friends.

Mikayla is an Associate Director–Investments and spearheads the Michienzi Private Client Group’s efforts around business development and financial planning. Mikayla works with successful young professionals who are in the early stages of building wealth, and services the team’s high-net-worth clients who are preparing for retirement.

Mikayla graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in English. She is an alumnae of Ursuline Academy in Dedham, MA, and currently lives in Boston. Outside of the office, Mikayla enjoys fitness, traveling, cooking and baking.

Andrew is an Associate Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where he serves clients to help achieve their financial goals. Andrew works with entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and young professionals who are striving for financial success. He uses the many resources at Oppenheimer to enhance the client experience, including building financial plans. Andrew is focused on building strong relationships with everyone that he works with in order to provide the best service possible.

Andrew graduated Cum Laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester Massachusetts and graduated from St. Sebastian’s School in Needham Massachusetts. Andrew has been a competitive golfer for over ten years, and still plays during weekends on Cape Cod. He enjoys reading non-fiction and is an avid Boston sports fan. .

As a client service associate, Callie manages the everyday tasks for the Michienzi Private Client Group. The immense care that Callie demonstrates in her work allows her to foster strong relationships with our clients. She works closely with Andrew and Mikayla to maintain the daily workflow and deliver comprehensive service by attending to all account management needs.

Callie is a graduate from The University of the South with a degree in Economics, and moved up from Atlanta to Boston beginning her career at Oppenheimer in the Fall of 2022. In her free time, Callie enjoys being outdoors, exploring Boston, and spending time at home cooking while listening to a good album.
