DRAKE R. SACKS,
Designation: AIF®, CFP®
For over 37 years, Drake has aligned himself as an invaluable partner to his corporate and non-profit retirement plan sponsors by alleviating some of the ongoing burdens they face. Drake joins plan trustees at the table and contributes independent, unbiased advice in the best interest of participants, trustees and the plan sponsor. With his vast experience in retirement plan operations, he is able to consult with plan fiduciaries regarding regulatory, plan design and cost issues. In addition, he is proficient in resolving plan operational defects and making effective action plans to help optimize each plan.
Drake has worked in the financial services industry since 1986. In addition to advising retirement plans, he designs unique and comprehensive wealth management strategies and planning services for his high-net-worth individual and institutional clients.
Drake has been with Oppenheimer since 2000 and from 1991 to 1995. In 1985, he earned a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Houston. Drake earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation conferred by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. in the United States, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) certification from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He also holds the Investment Company Products/Variable Life Contracts Representative Exam (Series 6), the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the General Sales Supervisor Examination (Series 9 and 10), the Direct Participation Programs Limited Representative Exam (Series 22), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63) and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65). Drake is also licensed as an agent for life and health insurance.
Drake has been married to his wife, Robin, for over 30 years, and they have three adult sons. They have been residents of The Woodlands for over 28 years where they remain active in the community.
DINEEN HUGHES,
Designation: CFP®
Dineen has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation from the Certified Financial Board of Standards, Inc. and has over 34 years of investment experience. She strives to cultivate strong relationships with clients by earning their trust and consistently providing her ongoing commitment to their overall financial well-being. In addition to advising individuals, families, and business owners, Dineen consults with retirement plan sponsors in plan design and participants. The strategies she develops along with her actionable advice equips her clients to help make informed decisions towards reaching their goals. Dineen will create a customized plan and develop a strategy to help her clients to prioritize their goals and identify any gaps that may jeopardize those goals.
Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Dineen was a Wealth Manager at USAA, working with clients and their families to provide a comprehensive and proactive approach to help them achieve their financial goals. Dineen’s career started in 1989 at AIM Investments, a large asset management firm where she rose to Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. In 2007, she changed her focus to work with individuals and their families as a trusted financial advisor to develop and implement tailored investment strategies unique to each client.
Dineen graduated from Rutgers University, NJ with a Bachelor degree in Economics and earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Bauer College at the University of Houston in Texas. She holds the General Securities Representative License (Series 7) and the Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66). She is also a licensed agent for life and health insurance.
When not working with clients, Dineen enjoys spending time with her adult children, granddaughter, fiancée, and their extended families and friends.
BRIAN E. SACKS,

Brian Sacks is an Associate Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in The Woodlands, Texas office. Brian joined Oppenheimer in June 2019, and he is the newest member of The Sacks Group, founded by his father Drake Sacks.
Brian understands prudent spending and the importance of saving for retirement and he works with companies that offer retirement plans to their employees. He want’s everyone to have a retirement account that is meaningful. Therefore, Brian leverages the teams experience, knowledge, and resources to protect the interests of the company and their employees throughout the life of the plan.
Using a holistic, goals-based approach is essential to Brian's client-advisor relationship. Brian works with his clients to create adaptable investment strategies to help them achieve their financial goals.
Brian is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Finance. He also holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations. He is also a licensed agent for Insurance in Texas. Brian lives in Houston and he enjoys playing golf, working out, spending time with his dog, Luna, and friends.
LEO REICHLE
Leo Reichle is a Director – Investments in our Houston office. He began his career in financial services in 1990 and has 29 years of investment industry experience. He provides guidance to high net worth individuals, money managers, insurance companies, and government entities regarding their investments and evaluates interest rate volatility to help identify performing sectors. He offers tax-effi cient estate planning, risk management, business succession, and charitable planning strategies. He maintains an untarnished regulatory record.
Leo graduated from Texas State University and earned a B.A. degree in Political Science and Public Communications. He holds the General Securities Representative License (Series7), The Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series66), The Uniform Investment Advisors Law Examination, (Series 65), and is licensed as an agent for life and health insurance in the state of Texas.
