STEPHEN SEREMETIS
Stephen has been providing Wealth Management, Financial Planning strategies for over 25 years. He joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 1999 as a Financial Advisor and OMEGA Portfolio Manager. Stephen offers wealth management and investment strategies to affluent individuals, families, owners and executives of private and public companies, family estates, charitable entities, medical, sports and entertainment celebrities, as well as the top legal professionals who serve them. He also focuses on 401(k) plans, stock option plans, and 10b5-1 plans for executives.
Stephen has received numerous industry accolades, including being named to Forbes’ “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” lists. He is a member of the Oppenheimer Chairman’s Council, which recognizes the Firm’s Top 40 Financial Advisors for exemplary service to their clients, and the Oppenheimer Asset Management President’s Council.
Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from the University of New York at Brooklyn College. He also completed the Financial Planning program from the New York University Division of Programs in Business. He is an active in his community and serves as a member of a number of organizations throughout New York City. He is a current member and former director of the Hellenic Bankers Association, a charter member of the National September 11th Memorial Museum, a member of The Leadership 100, and a member of the Order of AHEPA chapter 41. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and traveling to Greece to visit his family and clients. He also enjoys being active in the local schools by educating the next generation about the financial markets, as well as coaching youth basketball and soccer.
JOSHUA SCHERER
Joshua joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 1995 and has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a Financial Advisor, Joshua advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families on how to help grow and preserve their wealth across multiple generations. He is passionate about building deep relationships with his clients in order to ensure they have the full resources, knowledge, and strategies to help them achieve their long-term goals. . Joshua specializes in Corporate Executive Services, which includes an expertise in managing 10b-5 plans, and a specialized focus on employee stock option plans, restricted stock units, concentrated stock positions and 401k administration and management. Many of his clients include corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners looking to manage risk and volatility in their portfolios or build long-term wealth.
Joshua is a member of the 2021 Oppenheimer Chairman’s Council, and the Oppenheimer Asset Management President’s Council. He also held membership in the prestigious Executive Council from (2017-2020). Joshua graduated from Emory University with a degree in Economics. When Joshua is not serving clients, he enjoys coaching or playing basketball, relaxing on the beach, or playing a round of golf. Joshua lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife, and enjoys spending time in NYC where he had roots for over 20 years.
SELDON CLARKE
Seldon Clarke has honed the abilities to identify and quantify investment opportunities in his 40+ years of financial experience. Now an Executive Director – Investments in the Chrysler East office of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., he seeks to establish a trusting relationship and open communications with each investor he works with, which enables him to capture their needs and, in collaboration with the Oppenheimer Asset Management team, tailor specific solutions for them.
Seldon began his career in 1980 at Bear Stearns on the options and Canadian institutional desks. He then moved to the NYSE floor. For 25 years, his firm 508 Securities served the needs of family offices, corporate treasuries, buy-side investment firms and hedge funds. In 2006, Seldon and a partner launched the Chaplin Global Fund, a long/short global equity strategy that invested in more than 40 countries around the world. Subsequently, he founded New Jersey-based Triton Trading, which utilized a proprietary quantitative trading platform.
Seldon graduated from Washington and Lee University. He holds the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination (Series 63), the Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66), the General Securities Principal Examination (Series 24) and is also licensed for insurance.
He and his wife have been married for 40 years and have four sons. Seldon has served the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as a member of its Jimmy Fund Visiting Committee for 15 years. And as an avid cyclist, he has participated in the Pan Mass Challenge for the past 25 years raising funds for the Institute’s pediatric oncology department.
ALICE LEOPOLD
Alice Leopold is an Executive Director-Investments | Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer and Company. She is an accomplished private client wealth manager dedicated to providing holistic financial planning throughout all life stages. Delivering a bespoke client experience, unique to each individual’s wealth and investment strategies, complemented with excellent service and execution.
Alice's practice involves expanded wealth management strategies for asset accumulation, wealth preservation, and legacy planning. Incorporated into these are the disciplines of goal-setting, asset allocation, liability management, tax minimization, estate planning and trust services.
A Member of the American Heart Association/New York City Chapter, Advisory Council, Alice is also a Member of the Board of Believers of You Gotta Believe, and the Fundraising Committee of the Marfan Foundation.
AMBER SODEN
Amber Soden is a Financial Advisor and Director – Investments with the North Hill Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., based in the Chrysler East office in New York City. With a focus on serving high-net-worth individuals and families, Amber provides comprehensive wealth management and investment guidance, specializing in helping clients navigate complex transitional events.
Amber has built a robust career in the financial services industry since 2007, grounded in her earlier roles in branch leadership. These experiences honed her ability to address the diverse and evolving needs of clients, providing her with a deep understanding of personalized service and operational excellence. Over the years, she has worked with firms such as Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and Merrill Lynch, further enhancing her expertise. Amber is highly regarded by clients undergoing significant life transitions, such as moving from work to retirement, changes in marital status, selling a business, or managing an inheritance. Her expertise lies in simplifying the complexities of these moments, offering clear strategies that empower clients to confidently plan for their financial future.

JULIA GALASSO
Julia joined the North Hill Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in July of 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Fairfield University. As a Business Group Associate, she is responsible for driving team growth through business development and marketing strategies that engage clients and build team awareness.
Julia is passionate about creating efficient processes to effectively communicate and support the team’s client needs. She seeks to promote and educate the team’s clients about the company’s products and services through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Julia is originally from Westhampton, NY and enjoys volunteering, relaxing on the beach, and getting active outdoors whether it be hiking, swimming, or playing tennis with friends.
