Michael Pallitto is a Managing Director at Oppenheimer’s Flagship Manhattan office. He is a member of the firms exclusive Chairman’s Council and leads his team of six advisors and client service associates.

With over 20 years of experience at Oppenheimer, Mike has been able to leverage strong relationships with thought leadership across the firm, and keep clients supplied with the latest market information and trend analysis, while monitoring performance for opportunities across asset class and investment type.

By focusing on growing and protecting the assets of high net worth clients (individuals, families, corporate executives, and businesses), Mike helps his clients pursue their goals and solve complex financial issues.

He aligns each client’s unique needs, goals, and values with holistic planning, and design of investment and insurance strategies. He uses an in-depth discovery process that leads to a true understanding of each client’s specific situation, time horizon, and risk tolerance.

Michael holds the FINRA Series 7, 31, 65 and 66 Registrations.

He lives in New Jersey with his wife and four children and volunteers his time coaching youth sports in his community.

A true industry veteran, James Forsythe has been with the firm since 1983. Over the past 39 years, Jim devoted his career to delivering top quality service and investment advice to his clients. Jim’s creative and informed style, coupled with a passion for educating his clients has allowed him to foster meaningful relationships over the years with the individuals, families, business owners, and executives he services.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Jim enjoys heading down to Long Beach Island with his family and is an integral part of his local community

Lou’s career at the firm began in 2013, earning his reputation through years of dedicated service to his clients. During his time at Oppenheimer, Lou has distinguished himself as a trusted financial advisor to the affluent individuals, families, business owners and corporate executives that he proudly serves.

By leveraging the firm’s extensive resources, and with consistent communication, Lou is able to work closely with clients to understand their personal and financial goals. Through a disciplined investment approach, Lou develops and implements thoughtful investment strategies built to address what clients want to achieve.

Lou now resides in Long Island with his wife Jill. In his spare time, Lou enjoys trying new recipes, refining his golf game and watching Big East Basketball.

John has been with Oppenheimer since 2020, after being selected to join the team out of the firm’s rotational trainee program. He graduated from Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance with co-concentrations in both Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

John’s role on the team centers on financial planning and asset allocation. John works closely with clients in the beginning stages of the relationship to get an in-depth understanding of their financial goals. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships with our clients in order to ensure they have the full access to the resources, knowledge and strategies necessary to help reach long term objectives.

With a strong curiosity towards innovation and technology, he is motivated to stay informed on disruptive trends in the markets and help position portfolios accordingly. Away from the office, you can find John working on his golf swing or fishing off the coast of Cape Cod.

Jaclyn Bedford has worked in the financial industry since 2009, and joined the team at Oppenheimer’s NY Offices in 2014. Since joining, she has enjoyed working closely with the clients and their outside contacts to ensure all needs are considered. Through immediate and ongoing communication, she has been able to help the diverse client base of individuals, families, executives, and small business owners to identify and address their objectives.

Ms. Bedford has distinguished herself as a trusted financial associate to the team and its client base; working to solve complex matters through her industry experience and the relationships she has made with the firm’s thought leadership and extensive network of departmental professionals.

She is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she majored in Finance with a minor in Spanish. A native of Greenwich, CT, Jaclyn moved back there to be closer to her family and be involved in her community. Ms. Bedford has a passion for connecting with people, and values the power of experiences and communication. She is an avid traveler, having spent time living and studying abroad in London and Madrid.

Annette has been a member of the Oppenheimer family since the summer of 1991. Over the course of her 30+ years at the firm, she has served as a branch administrator as well as a client service associate. In that time, Annette has built meaningful relationships across the different areas of the firm that she leverages to help better serve our clients.

Annette uses her extensive experience to help new clients come aboard, manage asset movements and other daily service requests. The team greatly values her veteran presence and expertise in areas like client relations and alternative investment administration.

She lives in New Jersey, with her husband and two children. When she is not servicing clients, Annette enjoys swimming, softball and reading the latest crime and mystery novels.
