DANIEL TACKTILL,
Designation: AIF®, CRPC™
Daniel Tacktill, who joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2006, focuses on developing a true understanding of clients’ goals and objectives. His approach to clients is hands-on, emphasizing frequent communication and regular reviews.
As an Oppenheimer Financial Advisor, Daniel offers clients strategies to address various investment and financial issues, such as retirement, college funding and estate planning strategies.
Daniel has received several awards from various publications over the years. Most recently, Forbes-Shook named him as one of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors 2021, 2022, and 2024. The Financial Times has awarded him as one of the Financial Times 401 Top Retirement Advisors for the last three years (2017-2019). 401(k) Specialist named Daniel a Top Advisor by Participant Outcome in their September 2019 issue. The Long Island Business News awarded him the Experienced Team Award in 2015 and was selected as “40 under 40” in 2010 from this same publication. In addition, Daniel received the 2019 Thrive Award from WealthManagement. com as one of the fastest-growing advisors. He was also recognized as one of the nation’s leading retirement plan advisor firms in 2021 and 2024 by NAPA Top DC Advisor Team.
Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Daniel held positions both at UBS and Compass Bank. He is a graduate of The University of North Florida with a degree in Business. He holds a General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63) and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam (Series 65). He is licensed as an agent for Life, Health and Variable Annuities in the states of Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey and New York. He has also earned the designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and of Chartered Retirement Planning, Counselor (CRPC®), awarded by the College of Financial Planning.
Daniel currently resides in St. James, New York with his wife and two daughters. LAURENCE M STANGER,
Designation: AIF®
Laurence M. Stanger, who has been a Financial Advisor since 1988, has spent the past 31 years with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He is a current Member of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.’s Wealth Management Roundtable and the senior member of The Stanger Tacktill Group. As part of the Private Client Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., he and his team work with high net worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, corporations and their Defi ned Contribution, or 401(k) Plans by creating integrated strategies designed to build, preserve and transfer wealth.
A graduate of Queens College—CUNY with a B.A. in Economics, Larry holds the General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63), and the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam (Series 65). Larry, his wife, and their family currently reside in Guilford, CT. Both Larry and his wife are very active with many local charities and not-for-profi t groups. Their community services emphasize youth sports, families, animal rescue and the preservation of open space, working with such groups as Guilford Little League; The Huntington YMCA, The Guilford Land Trust and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

MARC LEVIN AIF
Marc Levin is a distinguished Financial Advisor based in Oppenheimer’s Melville, NY office, where he is dedicated to creating a supportive and transparent environment for his clients. His practice is built on the foundation of establishing trusted relationships through an in-depth understanding of each client's unique circumstances, aspirations, risk tolerance, and financial goals.
Marc’s core mission is to provide a personalized, boutique experience that combines his hands-on approach with the extensive resources available at Oppenheimer. By forging strong connections with his clients, he strives to empower them with informed financial strategies that align with their individual needs.
Before joining Oppenheimer, Marc honed his expertise as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and gained valuable experience in Private Equity Investments at Standard Capital. Over the years, he has successfully collaborated with a diverse clientele, including corporate executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and families, helping them navigate the complexities of their financial landscapes.
A proud alumnus of Hofstra University, where he earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Marc has been recognized for his significant contributions to the fi eld of Financial Services. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from The Fiduciary Institute, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility.
Marc's accolades include being named one of the “Top 100 Financial Advisors” by Top 100 in Finance, and earning recognition as a “Top Retirement Plan Advisor Nationally” by The National Association of Plan Advisors for two consecutive years. He was also featured on the “Ones to Watch” list by Long Island Business News, highlighting his status as an emerging leader in the industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Marc is actively engaged in his community, residing in Garden City, NY. He dedicates his time and resources to various charitable organizations, particularly those focused on prostate cancer awareness and childhood illnesses. Marc’s commitment to philanthropy includes significant involvement with the Ronald McDonald House Charities and other local not-for-profit groups, reflecting his passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

ANDREA LOUGHLIN
Andrea Loughlin is a Financial Advisor with Oppenheimer, located in Melville, NY. Having been in the industry for 30 years, Andrea offers a signifi cant deal of experience in managing investments. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Andrea served as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and later at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Throughout her career, she has managed portfolios for institutions and many very prominent families on Long Island.
Andrea attended New York Institute of Technology for her undergraduate studies in fi nance. She has been awarded for her many accomplishments in fi nancial services throughout the years.
Andrea, her husband Mark and son Michael currently reside in Huntington Village where she has donated her time to Huntington Hospital as well as various animal rescue foundations.

SARAH BALDASSARI
Sarah Baldassari joined Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. as a Client Service Associate in 2023. Sarah has over a decade of experience providing top-notch administrative support. Prior to joining Oppenheimer, Sarah worked as an Executive Assistant for a small Long Island based firm specializing in 403(b) accounts and other retirement services. During her time in the financial industry, she has gained valuable insight into the intricacies of retirement planning. She provides critical administrative support to our financial professional team. Sarah takes pride in maintaining the high level of service Oppenheimer offers their clients while helping them reach their retirement goals. She spends a significant portion of her time with plan participants, assisting them with various transactions and ensuring the requests are processed accordingly.
Sarah currently resides in West Babylon with her boyfriend and two beloved dogs. She enjoys taking road trips to visit her family back home in Massachusetts or the occasional weekend getaway to her second home in upstate New York.

MAUREEN FURNAROS
Maureen joined Oppenheimer in 2019. Her responsibilities have provided her with a unique opportunity to learn many aspects of the industry and are invaluable in helping her bring a level of expertise and professionalism to the client service process.
As a member of The Stanger Tacktill Group, Maureen, uses her strong knowledge of operations to provide comprehensive service. She is responsive to client needs and handles functions such as account opening, funds transfers, event registration, etc., while fostering strong client relationships. Maureen prides herself in providing clients an efficient concierge service.
Maureen resides in Stamford, CT with her family. Outside of the office, Maureen spends her time exploring the area, hiking and cooking. She is an avid volunteer with various animal rescue foundations, she is also passionate about music and the arts.
