Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor to Falcon Investment Advisors on its Sale to Onex Corp.

Onex Corp. (“Onex”), through a wholly-owned subsidiary, has acquired Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC (“Falcon”), a leading U.S. private credit manager. The acquisition augments Onex Credit’s established platform and solidifies its market position as a leader in tradeable, opportunistic and private credit, establishing a scaled, global alternative credit franchise with over $16 billion of combined assets under management. Falcon’s senior management team and employees will join the new platform, which will be known as “Onex Falcon.” Sandeep Alva, Founder of Falcon, and Blair Fleming, as Co-Business Heads reporting to Onex Credit co-CEO Jason New, will drive execution and strategy for the combined team.
