Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as Joint Bookrunner on Biomea Fusion, Inc.’s $172,500,000 Follow-On Offering

Biomea Fusion, Inc. (“Biomea”) (Nasdaq: BMEA), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering and developing novel covalent small molecules to treat and improve the lives of patients with genetically defined cancers and metabolic diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $30.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Biomea from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $172.5 million. The underwriters exercised an overallotment option in full.
