M&A Adviser to Alchemist Learning & Development on Securing Significant Investment from Horizon Capital

Oppenheimer’s European Human Capital Management Investment Banking Team is pleased to announce it has advised Rockpool Investments' portfolio company Alchemist Learning & Development on securing significant investment from Horizon Capital
Alchemist Learning & Development (“Alchemist”) has secured significant investment from Horizon Capital, the private equity investor specialising in technology and business services. Oppenheimer Europe Ltd. acted as the exclusive M&A adviser to Rockpool Investments (“Rockpool”) and Alchemist.
Alongside Horizon Capital's investment, Rockpool Investments who have been the majority investor in Alchemist since 2018, will exit their stake and reinvest alongside Horizon Capital. Debt finance for the transaction and a committed facility for acquisitions has been provided by specialist lender DunPort Capital Management.

Rockpool Investments is a private equity firm dedicated to creating opportunities for high-net-worth individuals and family offices to invest in private companies. Rockpool provides equity and loan capital of between £5m to £15m to profitable UK-based companies and has invested over £675m since inception.
