On February 5th, 2025 Oppenheimer & Co. acted as a Joint Bookrunner for Once Upon A Farm's ("OFRM" or the "Company") $198,000,000 initial public offering. The Company sold 11.0 million shares at an initial offering price of $18.00.
One Upon a Farm is a U.S.-based, mission-driven children’s nutrition company that provides real, organic, farm-fresh food for babies, toddlers, and kids. The Company revolutionized the childhood nutrition category with the first-ever cold-pressed pouch and has expanded its product offering to include freshly frozen meals, refrigerated oat bars and dry baby snacks. Once Upon a Farm products are crafted with high-quality organic ingredients with no added sugar, no preservatives and nothing artificial.
The offering was well oversubscribed with participation from a broad range of investors. The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used to repay outstanding borrowings, purchase new equipment and for general corporate purposes.
